Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your order safely, quickly, and with care. This policy outlines our delivery options, timeframes, and related terms.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International delivery is not available at this time.

2. Fulfilment & Dispatch

All orders are fulfilled from our London hub. We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received after 12:00 (midday) on Fridays are processed the next working day. During peak seasons (such as Christmas or promotional periods), dispatch may take an additional working day.

3. Delivery Options & Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery — £3.95, orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and typically arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Next Day Delivery — £5.95, orders placed before 12:00 (midday) Monday to Friday are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and typically arrive the next working day. Orders placed after this cut-off arrive the following working day.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another notification when your parcel has been dispatched, including a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

5. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If delivery is attempted and no one is available, Royal Mail will provide instructions for rescheduling or collection. Please follow these to complete redelivery.

6. Delays or Issues

We work with trusted partners such as Royal Mail. Occasionally, delays beyond our control may occur (e.g. adverse weather). We’ll notify you if we become aware of a significant delay.

7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is damaged or an item is missing, contact info@soulcandylondon.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and details.
