Returns Policy

We get it – sometimes, a product just isn't what you expected, or it might be faulty. 

At Soul Candy, we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If you need to return something you bought from our store, you can do so within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have a valid proof of purchase.

We're happy to accept returns for the following reasons:

•    The product is faulty.

•    The product doesn't match the description we gave you.

•    The product isn't of good enough quality.

•    The product just didn't live up to your expectations.

If you do decide to return something, you can either get a refund or exchange it for something else. 

Once we receive your returned product, we'll check it out to make sure it's in good condition, and then we'll confirm either a refund or exchange.

Understanding Your Legal Rights

In the UK, consumer rights are protected by law, including the right to return goods that are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or don't meet the buyer's expectations.  These rights are in addition to any returns policy we may have in place.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015: provides protection for consumers who purchase goods and services from UK retailers. The Act sets out consumer rights, including the right to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty or not as described, and the right to a repair or replacement if a product is not of satisfactory quality.
